I didnt know it was possible to hand out neg rep. How do we do that?

And how do you give a neutral?

didnt see a calculator so it looked alot like spam to me, i didnt neg you though

I wasnt "rep whoring". I bumped it because it was on my roll it up page & it was easier to tell a friend to look on the forum, than to text him the whole link.

Just like the cops. Mis-using their power. Now Im -47. How many more negs do I need until I can get a few more little red boxes?
