Thousands have, if used correctly its fine if not its not. Also some use it as a spot treatment some spray regularly as preventative in veg. What exactly are expecting to use it for and people will give specific answers.

kkt3 Well-Known Member May 30, 2018 #5 I’ve used neem oil a few times to rid my plants of spider mite. - 2 tsp neem oil - 1/2 tsp dish soap - 1 liter warm water Spray plants, underneath leaves also, every 3 days for 9 days. Spider mites gone.
