Neem oil, our salvation! :D

Ok, first off, I'm a newbie to cannabis growing but I've grown many other types of plants from flowers to jalapenos. So I'm growing my white widows indoors until they're ready to flower. Currently they're just little seedlings. They get about 8 hours of sunlight by the windowsill and then I turn on my 6700 CFL fluorescent light bulbs.
As you can imagine, this attracts many bugs, and for the life of me I can't imagine how these little gnats managed to get through the screen, window, and then inside. There were at least 100 bugs right outside the screen and some in-between the screen and glass as well.
The miracle oil
So today I poured no more than 1/4 of an oz of neem oil on the outside of the windowsill and spread it with a paper towel all over the bottom, left and right edges of the windowsill as well as coating the screen. I then added a few drops of neem oil to every mini pot inside on the windowsill, then watered them from the top (just this once) hoping to spread the oil evenly across the top layer of soil.
At around 6:00pm there were only about 10 bugs on the screen looking somewhat confused (one including a bee that was there last night), and about 3 gnats I could spot inside.
It is now 8:15pm and there's not a single gnat inside and the only bug outside is a dying bee on his back.

A windowsill lit up like a roman candle at night and not a bug in sight ;) How's that for clean start as a newbie?

..V. (^_^) .V.. peace and love even to bugs... but not near my plants!
