Im a first time grower, im not using any nutriends just water and some sugar, Im not sure wat I should cut off and how long till i can harvest ect. i got 3 plants,

Watch your trichombs with a 40x-100x scope, 25% amber is good for me 
When harvesting, you want to trim off as much leaf as you can. That includes the little spears poking out of the buds. If some sugar leaves are buried in the bud, just bend the bud back or move the lower bud with your scissors to get at the stem, if you're that ambitious. Some people leave it on, but that will contribute to the harshness of the smoke.
