Need temperature advice. temperature vs light in flower

Hi, i am currently on my second grow. Growing northern lights Fast fem and Og kush in a multifeed coco coir system. I am currently running a 400 watt hps bulb in a cooled hood reflector with a 600w ballast dimmed to 400w. My day temps are around 74 f and night temps 64 f. I am wondering if it would be advantageous to run a 600w hps bulb with my ballast at 600w but my temperatures would be around 80 f in the day. My setup is in a closet and my 4 inch exhaust fan is running full power 24/7. starting the stretching period right now.

80F is fine. So long as it stays at a somewhat stable 80, and you can keep your humidity up (you never stated what that is), I'd use the full 600W.

One of my flower tents (600W) goes between 52F and 72F (lights off, on). My other 1000W flower tent is 52F to 81F.

humidity would be 41 ish my temps and humidity are very constant

at night u should keep temp up because when it drops it will get more humid in the room and will cause pm/bud rot problems just trying to let u know early its a harvest killer

Turn the lamp up all the way to 600W, monitor for a few days to ensure consistency.
