you can hang a dark sheet in front of our door on the inside, but that will reduce airflow.

theres weather stripping thats made for doors that goes along the edges or the door frame so when the door shits its a rubber/foam seal. my boy did that and shit worked awesome only thing now is light comes from the bottom of the door and i told him to try those old school cloth tubes filled with sand. dont know where to get one tho.

I use the Black and white plastic you buy at the hydro stores. I Use velcro to seal it and its easy to get into.

Just use a black and white poly like this B/W 6mil Poly 10' wide - 25' roll | Mylar/Reflective Coverings

Umm, or you could just use a sheet so it would cover the bottom as well. and hey, its fuckin' free.

or you could build a cheap box to house the grow in with ventilation and then not worry about light getting out because it wouldn't leave your box...

my grow chamber right now is made of two rubbermaid containers flipped onto each other with the lights and exhaust fan in the top container and the plants in the bottom...
