need some wuick help from a 400w grower

So Im working on an equation to figure out the fan power necesary to cool my room. Im almost done but I need to know how hot a 400w light bulb will get. Either an hps or hid, whichever is hotter. So if someone could place a thermometer about an inch away from thier 400w light and give me a temp it would help me out alot.
P.S. so far I have fan power= heat flow rate/(1.o1 bar*1.2 kg/m^3*temperature difference)
1.01 bar is air pressure and 1.2 kg is air density
edit: I know I still need to calulate for cubic meters of the room. I just havent got that far yet

I think you are getting to carried away with shit. Plug the light in and let it run and check the temp in the room. Adjust if needed.

I know that it doesnt have to be exact, or that it even matters. I'm just bored sitting in my dorm room and decided to apply some of my physics class to use. It was more out of curiosity than practical use. I like having an equation that I can manipulate variables on to see what the different outcomes and scenarios could be.
