This is my first time growing and i just wanted some pointers and some suggestions on my setup and my plants so far. Im growing 6 big bud plants there all 2 1/2 weeks old and two are growing a lot faster then the rest. I have been watering them about every other day. I have 4 CFL 100watt each and then the 4' fluorescent with 2 tubes 75 watts each is this good ? and i there is a fan in the corner you cant see in the pic. For food i have miracle grow 12-4-8 or 12-8-4 im not sure, but i am going to start feeding in week 3 ?

Alot of people will tell you to get more light on them. This is true in that you will get more growth out of the plants. The question is how much money do you want to spend on lights. An HPS or MH light is not requireed to grow, but they will deffinately give you a better yeild. I run a small 4 plant hydro and use a 150 watt HPS and could have produced more weight on my grow with more light, but it is for personal use and did yeild 2.5 onces per plant. It looks to be time to repot in bigger pots. Watering should be down to once every 3-4 days. Yes, it is time to start feed at 1/16 strength and slowly increase every week or so. I would look for a more even fertilizer. You want 20-20-20 for veg and something like a 5-35-15 for flower.

what is that around your plants
Im kinda limited with space thats all the space i have for right now. I want to let the plants get about a foot before i start to flower them. what should i do about the pot sizes since im limited with space? will i be fine with the pots i have now or no. And as far as the lights its kinda not in my budget to get the Hps ones this is all i can afford right now.also the lights are the small CFL are 1300 lumens each and i have 4 of them then the big tubes have 3200 lumens each theres 2 of them thats really not enough light for the veg stage n the flowering ?

You definitely don't need to re-pot yet. But you do have a little stretching going on.
