id leave em at this point...sure a larger pot wouldnt hurt but man you will have a bitch transplanting plants of that size!!...i think they would do fine how they are anywa not ideal situation but not like they are to the point that the 5 gal pots are causing harm...

one thing i would do is top off the dirt some of those look like the dirt is down maybe 4-5 inches into the pots...add some bring it up to only like an inch under the opening.....also what you could do is find some sort of plastic rings that are the same circumfrence and cut a line in them so you can open them around the stalk and then set them in before filling with dirt...kinda making the pot taller u follow?? kinda confusing lol

personal decision. i would bite the bullet and transplant to a larger container, or at least figure out some ingenious way to give the roots more soil. that's because i am lazy and wouldn't want to water as often as those will likely need by chop time.

I wanna transplant but do u think it will make them hermaph that's the only reason I haven't already done it its day four of bud so the question is really who thinks it will go hermy who thinks it won't?

Kiddie pools filled with soil? Then just cut the bottom off the buckets and let the roots find their way into the pool? Not sure if you could work that in there, but it's something.

Good idea maybe ill cut the bottom out of the home depot buckets and put it in another home depot bucket bc. it will fit perfectly with. A few gallons of dirt in it??? whatcha think

That's going to make your height issue worse, but other than that, seems fine in theory. Maybe some of those 15 gallon tubs instead though? Seems like you could get more root space for the same vertical lift.

they won't go hermie if you transplant. if they go hermie, they'll do it pretty much no matter what. it's mostly if not all a matter of genetics.

i like the swimming pool idea better than the extra bucket, especially if height is a concern. my two cents. or just cut the bottom out and transplant into 10 gallon bucket. the roots will climb up to gain access to any soil they can.

i planted my outdoor plants into bottomless 5 gallon buckets last year. when i pulled them out at the end of the season, the roots were everywhere. so roots will climb up after they go down, they just look for any soil they can find.

I have transplanted my gfs plant larger than that, dont water for a day and a half or so till the soil is dry then they just lift out. Prepare bottom soil on the new pot and just lower it down and fill around then flud the plant. When I do it that way the plant shows zero sign of stress at all.

you should be fine they are looking nice and healthy! a little more room will be nothing but good as long as u did a nice smooth transplant
