Need some help

Hey whats up everyone. I am new to this so if i mess up with any of this feel free to call me a retard and fix it i dont mind. Im looking into buying some nice white widow female seeds and planting them. The room we have set up for this is small and under the stairs in my buddies basement ( kinda the room harry potter lived in under the stairs ) small, but we can do with it. I was just wanting to know some specifics on what i need but at the same time tryin to stick to my budget which isnt a lot. What type of soil, fertilzer , and things all along those lines would i need. Also any good ideas into a set up for like 4 plants would be great thanks a lot

hey man, i grow white widow, i started on a budget of almost 20$... check out my grow thread! everything you need to know for a budget start is in there. i get everything at walmart, i refuse to buy miracle grow so i get the only other kind of soil they have. and it is around the time people get supplies for gardening, so they should be getting the best of everything you can get on budget.
