You must be growing in soil...if you've just been flushing them and using plain water for the past three weeks, yes definitely feed them. I've heard recommendations here that you should give a 1/10 dose of nutrient solution at the end of a flush anyways, provided there are not any amendments that provide nourishment over the long term (slow release fertilizers).
The one that is healthy could still be healthy for various reasons; maybe she's been getting less light and/or is furthest from the fresh air supply (thus using less nutrients), or else is just particularly vigorous and tolerant...the kind of plant you'd want to clone.
Let us know which fertilizers you are using for flowering. Start them off at a quarter strength in the irrigation water. It might also be good to spray the foliage with 1/8 the dose you feed with (although some specifically list foliar application rates). You could try this on one plant first to see if it recovers quicker than the others. If you spray the leaves, be sure to get the undersides primarily and do this just before the lights go off.
If you use synthetic nutrients you can start off with less.
