Does anyone know what kind of defasincy I am dealing with here seems like a ph or nuet lockout

A spelling deficiency for sure. And the plants look to be on the verge of nutrient burn. Not a deficiency.

Whats your setup? Temps? Humidity? Feed schedule? Feed amount? What are you feeding? Take more pics with the HPS off.

Hard to see the holes in your pics. I was referring to the dark green, almost waxy look of the leaves. Also picture 3 looks like the tips of the leaf margins are burning. But as previously mentioned pictures under natural light would help.
