Need some help finding grow lamp/stand in Toronto/Mississauga

hey I've been trying to find a simple light stand that is adjustable to change the height of where the lamp is. I went to Bustan.com but their cheapest one was sold out and the next set was $500, not in my price range. The ones I liked that I did find online didn't ship to Canada.

I don't have a car or anything so I would prefer to buy something online. Does anyone know any places that sell what I'm looking for? Even those stick stands that go up and down would work, I can just plug in a grow light lamp. =) thanks
