Need noob LST help..

Right,so the only problem is,I dont understand where to top,or can you fim? I read it gives less stress.
So the plant in picture has longer stem,so its easier to understand where is what,and on my girl I dont understand where is what.So here are pictures :






Any help where to find that 5th set? O I dont have it yet?
So its like the leaves in the same level straight line are called sets right,do those curling things in bottom count as set? How many sets I have on my plants? I look at my plant and I dont understand,sorry noob...
I have 2 "V's,so looking at the 4-lst tutorial,he topped second "V" that middle bushy thing,looks like salad lol,so I should do the same no?

If your fiming, the Terminal shoot is what you cut 75% of:

If your topping, cut the whole Terminal shoot.
Fiming will produce two more shoots below it, Topping or cutting the whole Terminal node will allow the auxiliaries below it to become the main or Terminal.

I vegged a Critical+ Jack Herer for two weeks and fimmed it, after one more week I cut the Terminal node and had four Terminal nodes which produced long tight buds, I'll have pics of it soon.
