need lighting help

i have 6 plants just starting. i'm goin to be growin them in my closet. it's about 2 feet wide, 3 feed high, and 6 feet long. im goin to use CFL's but not sure on how many. i have different lights for the flowering stage but not sure what to use for the growing stage. thanks for any help.

Check the lumens. You need about 5000 lumens per square foot of grow area to get solid buds. 3-32's may be ok for veg but more is better and when they get bigger, stick some bulb on the side for side lights to get some light to the buds that can't make it to the top. CFL's don't penetrate the tops more that a couple of inches. It will increase your yeild.

hey if i were you i would get a 400 watt hps or something. If not that then look in your house for a work light. One of those lights that get really warm and you use for building stuff in dark places. This will work perfectly just make sure it doesn't get too warm

Right now Walmart has a 4 pack of 23 watters for 6 bucks so for 12 bucks go and get you 8 lights. 184 watts Space them out evenly and im sure you can see massive results. Hell Spend 20 bucks and get 276 watts put 4 up top 2 on on each sides.

lighting is a pain in the ass..but when it comes down to it..you have to give it up and just get the hps
