Need Help

I had a plant growing from seed that was 11 days old. I transplanted it to a bigger pot and I think there was too much fertilizer (blood and bone meal) in the soil. The plant, which was very healthy before, started wilting. I flushed the soil, but it wasn't helping. After two days, I removed the plant and replanted in fresh dirt. Now it's looking very sad - quite dry - doesn't look like it's going to make it.

Any advice as to how I can save my plant? Or is it hopeless?

water after transplant and use some root stimulater, then leave it ALONE.it may go thru some shock after transplanting but should recover in a week if not start more.
