Need Help!!!

Im new to the growing and i was just wondering what is better to use, Hydroponic NFT System - Nutriculture Gro-Tank or Hydroponic Flood and Drain System - Nutriculture Flo Gro, Also will using clay pebbles in these alter anything?

uuuhhh NFT (Nutrient Film Technique). use PVC piping from LOWES,HOME dePOT,etc. but if you do this you gotta install a sprinkler at the top or you will have to grow the plant till it grows roots that can touch the bottom. if your new to this,then i would recommend DWC(Deep Water Culture). get a 10 gallon rubbermaid use 7 gallons distilled or filtered water. cut 2 holes in the top for the net pots. hydrotron,pumps,nutes,etc. if ya need more help this link should help ya out
