need help!!!

So things have been going great so far but recently I'm having some issues please help

Grow lights make it really difficult to see what's going on in the leaves. So tell us, what did you do or change in the last week?
 
Nothing has changed. Just some wrinkling on a couple of leaves. And a couple are facing down. But the rest look great. And some tip burn from nutes. Cut that back tho
 
So you've added nutrients in the last week? What I'm trying to do is help narrow down the possibilities. And I don't really see a problem with those pics.

Perhaps over watering?
 
In the first picture there is some wrinkling that is my main concern. I don't over water. I use a moisture moniter. And I always give one whole dry day. I'm using a 45w led panal as well as 115w of cfls I use 2 tsp. Of tiger bloom every other watering. I maintain a rh of 35 to 50% and temp of 63 at night and 75 during day. It is 31inches talk and 3 days shy of 5th week of flower.1516318978406108357174.jpg
 
I don't see any reason to worry, at least not today. Keep watching her. It sounds like you know what you're doing.

Let's see what others say who may have experienced this themselves.

What medium are you in?

edit: And how much water are you giving it every time you water?

This is actually my first time growing. And as far as how much water. I am using almost 1 gallon for a 3 gallon fabric smart pot
