need help???

i got in indoor grow box. i just built it and took four 2 week old plants from my friends house they wer outside and we had to transplant them to pots. its been a week and i have seen no improvement in them. they dont look like they are dien just not growin. is it because i transplanted them. if so how long does it take for them to get back on track to growing???

could take weeks for a plant to become normal after a transplant. Keep an eye on the water intake, it should be slow at first and then when the plant is getting back on its feet (so to speak) the water intake will be the first thing to notice.
Give it time and keep it comfortable.

same thing happen to me, just give her time, when she does grow she wont stop..
