Need Help

Yesterday afternoon I was checking the moisture of my pot, as I got closer to the center, I damaged possibly one or two of the small outer roots (they ripped). Later on I was checking the plant and I noticed that one of the leaves on the top ( not the newest ones growing, but the set just before, were affected ) The one leaf developed brown on two of its tips and is starting to spread to the center of the leaf. It starts off almost as a redish-brown, then dries and crisps. The other leaf in the set, only has one spot like the other, but that spot does not seem to be spreading very quickly. Could this be caused by the damage I did to the roots? It was slightly over-watered yesterday too, but I dont think that is the problem. ( it was only a tiny bit too much water and it is fine now )

What should I do to fix this problem? Should I trim those leaves off? There are not many big leaves and I do not want to damage her. Please Help

I have also givin her nutrients 2 times at a third strength, but have watered her 4-5 times with regular water, so maybe I should be giving more newts more frequently?

well it turns out its not the root theory i had previously thought...one of my other thought to be really healthy plants also started having the same problem.

Is it possible it is just because i have increased the watts in my cfl room? i was using 13 watt which is weak and uped it to 23 watt bulbs.
A bit of shock maybe due to the extra light?

I havent been giving nutes in a while over a week or so (aprox 4 waters) so I thought I would give them a bit this morning. I give about a third strenght.

If anyone has an idea of what is going on with my plants feel free to share.

Maybe this is just a normal thing and the bigger leaves or dying to give a boost to the new branches and growth?

thanks
