i have a few question to ask that i am wondering about:
1. Is it ok to use the big 63watt (300 equiv.) 2700K (4200 lumens) CFL lights for vegging?
2. Would 10-15-10 or 8-4-4 concentration be better for vegging?
3. Should i feed my plant every time i water or once or twice a month?
4. is 4 63watt cfl's enough light for 2 plants to veg for a month or so?

i know its alot of questions but thanks

1. no. that low of a kelvin rating means they're better for flower. 5500k or 6500k is good for veg
2. 8-4-4
3. plain water, plain water, water with nutes, repeat
4. only if they're 5500k or higher (no higher than 6500k. don't use aquarium ((10000k)) lighting)

The CFL's i have are 2700K. I have the 63watt ones..they are huge but only come in 2700K that i have seen..so will those not work for vegging for 3-5weeks if i have 4 of them on 2 plants?

1) Pretty low on Kelvin temp, try and bring it up to 5000k
2) I would not go either since your plants dont have much light, but if u are going to use a feed use 8-4-4. (maybe try VitaMax) and pH 6.4 with good soil.
3) I feed, feed water, water/Vitamax, Feed, feed, Water, Water/Vitamax (you get the picture)
4. Definitely yes.. It wont be vigorous but it will do the trick. Keep the light one inch of the leafs
Good luck

1) Yes they will work, higher K temps will grow a bit better, but yours will work fine.

2) 8-4-4 for veg 10-15-10 for flowering.

3) Feed fertilizer every other or third watering, do not give fertilizer for about the first month if growing in soil.

4) Yes its plenty.

you should be fine.. And done give them 10, 15, 10, because that's to high of N during flower!. Also you can feed during veg, I go up to 1000ppm.
Quick story since you here one person say one thing and other person saying another.
I went on a veg feeding schedule, and my friend did not, thinking there is everything in the soil for the first 4weeks. He save about 200 on feed, but lost about 1LB because of this choice on cutting cost. Dont get me wrong, there is, but they get depleted on an un- even disproportion, so that's why i feed.
