What can I do to get rid of these bugs.. idk what they are but they have been fucking my plants up a lot. Twisted growth deformed growth slowed growth i honestly think, I’ve done a lot of shit and nothing works so it has to be bugs this is the only thing I can find (see pics below) I see a lot of specs when I look real close but I cant make out what they are to my naked eye.. please help me please
