need help with venting

i'm running a 600w hps lamp in a cool tube with a 150mm ruck low powered fan, is it possible to have the fan cool my lamp while pulling cool air into my grow box and also extracting air out of my grow box like in the diagram attached. the arrows are the air flow.

get rid of the 2nd T. light to fan should not be split.
