need help with t5s

ok so im going to buy some t5s before i start my next grow and im wondering would it be better to use all grow or use 2/2 grow/bloom ill be useing them for 2 mother plants and the clones when i cut them untill they got roots then they are goin under a 150w hps threw rest of lyfe so if nebody could help out with picking the rite spectrum for the lights that would be verry great

also if i do a sog shouldbi use 1 or 2 gallon pots if i only let fhem veg for a week or 2
