Need help with space per plant

Hi everyone!

I am currenlty growing three plants. Would appreciate if somebody could check ut my grow journals, look at the pics andtell me if i have the correct space needed to grow the plants once i move them to the second space and currently. Also is the light i have sufficcient for all the plants. Got 200w atm and gonna upgrade son to 300w with blue and red filaments.
