Need help with soil please!

I posted a thread recently with no info helping me with my soil. It is hard for me to get anywhere as I dont have a car. i do have some soil and ferts to mix with it. I was hoping an experienced soil grower could help me out. I need to transplant real soon and have no soil prepared. I wanna give it a couple days so i have to mix today. Below is a list of what i have help with correct mixtures is appreciated.

Blood meal = 12-0-0
Bone Meal = 4-12-0
Poultry manure = 4-2-2
Garden Lime = Dont know what to tell you about this
Something called Cactus which is fine and allows good water flow
And Sand

Also is a liquid fertilizer necessary?

All help even smallest need first time grow just need something please.

before you mix all of that together you should make portions of it...starting with a mix poultry manure and blood meal since it is high in nitrogen for the beginning.then bone meal in the bottom for the flowering stage...
