Need Help with Plant

Hey all i was wondering if this is a nute burn, because i was gone previously for four days and i didnt water them but when i got back i watered them and the next day gave them a small dose of veg nutes, the next day came around and they looked like this:

(i'm talking about the top left one, well theres only one thats on top so hahah) yeah way baked....



Any help and criticism is appreciated
