Need help with my seedlings please!

On monday i put my seedlings in 1" rock-wool cubes and put them under a small light. They sprouted out the next day. I waited until wednesday to get nutrients( Thrive Alive B-1 )and put a t-5 over them. It is now sunday and I really havent seen any growth in them, im starting to get nervous. What do i do.

Im going to get bigger rock-wool cubes in a few hours

Just wait a few days bud. They take some time to establish a good root system for all the explosive growth they are about to go thru in the weeks to come.. if at day 20 they still look like that then i would be worried..makesure rockwool don't dry out. I also dont hit withnutes till about day 15- 20. But thats me. Goodluck

Dont try to replant them into new cubes yet either they are at there most delicate now
