Need help with my plants!!!

I have 4 plants, which are a month old. I'm growing hydro, so ph is about 5.8 - 6. PPM is 800 temp 25-28 C Fan running, lights are on 20/4. about 2 weeks ago, i had issues with the nutes and overwatering, leaves were drooping and going yellow, then I had a mag lockout, so I flushed with ph 6 tap water and added espom salt. The plants are looking a bit more healthier, but not sure why they are growing slow, the smallest one is a mi5 auto, but is tiny for 1 month, I think I have stunted its growth, is there anything I can do to help? Not really...If you remedied the issues...look for improvement in new growth...But they should recover.

Yeah...if its dwc, lower water level to 1" under pots if your roots can reach.

Look small for a month old.

I'll take some pics of the roots. I'm using the x-stream aeroponics, orginally I was overwatering and also gave them more nutes than I should have, which probably caused them to be stressed and stunned/slowed their growth. There's only one root that touches the water, for the others I use the timer to spray for 15min every 4 hrs, just so that I don't overwater, also I have added 4 airstone to provide more oxygen to the water and roots. This is my first grow, so its a steep learning curve, but lucky with you guys onboard, It's helping me alot. I think I might try soil next time...as this is harder than I thought.
