Need Help with Heat!!

Okay, So I'm doing the whole growing in the closet deal right now. Help would be appreciated. I've done it once before, but I was using CFL's not MH. I made the ballast into a remote set up, It's now outside of the closet. I figured with the ballast outside of the room, It would help with the temp.. I was wrong.. I woke up this morning and it was peaking at 120 degrees! Not good..

I have a box fan, and smaller fan. Both of which are on high. They just don't seem to help.. Any ideas!?

put a bigger exhaust fan in there, its the only thing you can do really or a small ac unit if its a big closet

I actually thought about going the whole AC unit in the closet.. but It's only a 2.5' by 6'.

Last night I ghetto rigged a ventilation system that has helped significantly, Its with a small high RPM fan, a trash bag, a random card bored tube, and some duct tape. Its went from 120 with the door shut, to 90. With it open it stays at a constant 77.

cut a vent hole in ur closet door and put a sliding cover on it to block light at night , if ur extraction fan is working well enuff it should result in a negative pressure in ur grow area and keep a window open for it to draw fresh air. keeps temps down and reduces mold. if possible put a fan inside the closet door right at hole in door so it sucks cool air in. i just did all this three days ago due to same problem.

oh and another thing i do with my other grow area is have an oscillating fan blow in the air flap of my tent from the outside and when it turns it blows on the ballast.

Thanks for the idea. But It wont be necessary, That light gives off way too much heat right now. I don't have the money right now, to do anything about it. Other than what I've already done. So I switched to some Florescent bulbs.. for now..
