need help with flying insects. (color black) (one is redish i think)

i always see flying insects in my growbox whenever my plant is inside.
and i am already fed of up killing them one at a time because everytime a kill one, whenever i check it every 2 hours or whenever i feel to check my plants
i will again see another flying insect. i am also having a hard time on killing them.

are there any home made insect repellents that i can do? to repell them from my plants?

please help!
 
R they eating ur plants? If so there is mighty wash, or neem oil, or there is a mixture of some chilies, dish soap, and a few other things u can spray on ur plants to keep em off.
