Need help with cloning

I would like to know if anyone can explain to me how to make a clone, and can I make a clone from a plant that is flowering? Thanks.

you can take a clone from a plant in flowering but its not generally recommended because that clone will also be in the flowering stage. if your plant has been flowering for less than 2-3 weeks than it should be ok. just give it 18 hours of light and it will eventually go back to veg. this will stress the plant out some and will increase your risk of turning her to a hermie.
