How about more details on how you cloned? Did you only take one cutting, used rooting hormone, used clean medium, got a heating mat, sprayer, how old is the plant you cut from, etc. Not every cutting will root so it's best to have a bunch of cuttings. Have you pulled it out and looked to see if there are any roots forming?
sorry.i took one cutting,i used rooting powder and put it in clean soil.i put a humidity dome over it and i spray it 3 times a day.the plant i took it from was 76 days old i did pull it out and re-dipped it,dont know if that had anything to do with it.thanks

LOL. I've redipped before. It's never worked for me and cuttings that I did it too quickly looked worse. I assume the soil you used was thoroughly moistened. I clone in a plastic tub with three inches of moist perlite in the bottom. It sits on a heating mat which keeps the rooting area warm which speeds up root production. The great thing about perlite is you can easily pull the cutting up and look at how it's coming but the perlite is so loose compared to soil you don't disturb anything that might be developing. I used to use jiffy pellets but they seem to just slow the whole process down. I may be wrong, but I think your success rate will increase if you go to a soilless medium for cloning (you can transplant to soil or whatever after rooting) I'm a big fan of the heating mat too. You can get one for fifteen bux at Walmart or Target. Don't get discouraged. It's not that hard, but success comes easier if you increase the scale of your cloning op and not stake it all on one cutting. Happy Cloning!
