need help with bugs

hi
ive got a girl 1 mounth in flour, soil, cfl & led.
the leafs got white spots all over,
from close its look like small spiders, also thers small black round shit stuff under the leafs near the bugs
is it spider mites or somthing else?
what would b the best treatment in this stage?

yup mites you got there! kill those fuckers. I like liquid lady bug, its a spray thats organic, made from mint extract and some other things. doesnt hurt the plants at all and actually works. pick some up at your local indoor grow store if you have one near by. liberally apply all over, make sure to get the undersides of the leaves. then do it again 3-5 days later, i like to do it again a few more days after that. to kill any ones that will have hatched. but its like napalm to them, dont bother with neem it doesnt really work at killing them more as preventative.

get yourself some liquid lady bug and you wont be displeased, it took care of my issue right away and havn't had them shit heads back since
