Need Help with Bubbleponics

I bought an air pump from walmart because im going off of what someone else recommended for a system.. How should I hook up my air pump so the plants get the water and nutrients.. I already have the open part of the tubes taped to the top of the net pots and have the ends hanging over the rockwool cubes.. How do i use the airpump to circulate water to my plants.. This is the airpump im using.. if i do need something else for the water circulation, let me know the cheapest and easiet one i can find that will work.. http://www.walmart.com/catalog/produ...ct_id=10291813..
Also.. How often and how much should i water them.. When should i switch to grow nutes.. Im using blueberry skunk feminized seeds, should i be cutting them anytime throughout the cycle.. Im doing the sea of green method..
 
Are you kidding?

You can't pump water with an air pump.

The net pots sit on top of a resevoir of water and nutrients. The pump is fed into the water to aerate it. Do some reading or you may blow yourself up!
