Need help with breeding.

I want to know what to do to successfully cross breed two strains. I got a setup that will have jack horror and the church (which came from on femanized seed so it has to be the mother). So jack horror will be the male and the church the mother. Now what?

Put them on 12/12 until the male produces pollen sacks, put the pollen on the female..
