need help wit light. i have a flood light that is 120v 4.0amps 60hz is that gud?

Have never heard of any one using flood lights, your better off picking up some CFLs things to remember bright white 6500k to veg and soft white 2700k to flower you can pick up 3 set for about $20 @ walmart here's what you can use
extension chord & a plug in socket, bulb screws right in 1 to 2 per plant, I got 3 for around $20 i use them for supplemental lighting check out the pics, pic 3 is the soft whit 2700k
