Need help to identify & Remedy problem

I just got this plant from my brother. Could anyone help with identifying the problem this plant is having? And help with a solution to fix? I looked all over the leaves for bugs but could not find them. Maybe they are just to small for me to see. I would greatly appreciate any advice. Thank you in advance.

Use a magnifying Glass, if you don't see anything may be it was the place the plant was before. But IMO what ever it was may have laid eggs somewhere on your plant, I would also Trans Plant it and check your Root really good for bugs too.
You can Use some neem oil and give it some misting to. It can't hurt, But if you find a bug try and get a pic for us of the insect and we will hopefully be able to give some good advice.

Take it to the sink and wash the plant off don't worry about the yellow leaf. You should transplant after you wash it, use the neem oil and let it dry. Don't put it back under the lights wet. Did your brother have it outside?

Yes he had it outside. He would move it from a shed to outside. As to why? I don't know. But I will definitely transplant and get some neem oil. Thanks a bunch guys.

As long as it is in veg hang a hot shot no pest strip up in the veg chamber. Hang a sticky fly trap to see if any bugs stick to it. There is also some sticky goop you put on the stem. That way if it flies or crawls you will get a sample.
