hi my plants are 3 weeks into flower i am growing in the guarage and i have noticed some brown spots and leaves not going straight like curling different ways and some color discoloration like some of the leaf will be a dark green and there be spots of lightre green some have slight yellow spots .there are also some tiny little fly like bugs only accouple tho.my setup is 2 40watt flourescent light and 2 40watt cfl's and 2 15watt cfl's and i have regular soil but with time released fertilizer that last up to 9months i am waiting for my 400watt hps light to be here,it should arrive friday,is there anything i can do to help my plants

looks like a trouble mix of bugs, nuts, pH and light deficit, you got yourself there...
to start with, do you got a digi cam to take pics of your little disaster, since this can have so many sources all at once? this would really help you a lot to get the right diagnose on what is wrong.
now i'm left to guessing a bit
-did you check the pH of your soil and water so far? if not do so, a to low or high pH can really fuck you and your plant since it will lock up nuts.
-WHAT fertilizer do you use exactly, nuts combination of it, and how much did you into the soil?
the emergency cure is with soil trouble to flush the soil with demi water several times, it should flush all nuts out of it as well as level the pH to around 7 depending on the soil pH. this should give you a bit of time to figure out what was wrong.

i let my water stand out for a day or more before i water them i have enough light and if i don't and thats the problem my 400watt hps should be here in 1-3days the soil i baught already had fertilizer mixed in it i didn't do anything to the soil.and were could i get a ph meter? and how much are they

Actually it is a test kit like for pools but for soil Wally world (Wal-Mart) Home Depot or Lowes in the garden center and get one for your water as well (that would be the pool test kit)

Pet stores also carry them(for fish tanks), i bought a pH test kit from a pet store because the hydro store was closed that day and it works just fine.

Yes Major.. However I do believe the ??? was about a "soil PH meter" but I also added that they should get one for Water too, just for good measure. And I agreee that you can get the Water PH in a pet store i was killin 2 stops with one big box store.

The pH meter isn't really necessary if you are pHing the water to where it should be, the soil will balance itself out right?

Excellent Point! I also noticed that you had to put water in the soil PH test kit and does the water not effect the reading? BTW the cost Was like $15.00 and I got a PH, N, P, and K test kit.
