Your totally fucking everything up is whats goin on. listen I had the same issue my first time I kept messing with the seed, different germ techniques and all that and fucked them all up. Heres what you do, good soil, good seed, plant and water keep warm and moist, and moist doesnt mean water it or spray it every ten minutes it mean just that spray the top lightly then leave it alone chances are she'll pop in 3-5 days.

First off, the best way to germinate seeds is to place them in a flat, wet paper towel placed in a plastic baggie. Place it somewhere SLIGHTLY warm, like the top of a fridge. Too warm or hot and they will become ruined. Starting the 2nd day, carefully check them once a day until the sprout open. Add spray of water if necessary but drain excess water out of baggie by tipping it over and tilting so water runs out. When they break thru the seed casing, then plant carefully under 1/4 inch of soil or medium, watering lightly when the top is barely dry. If the seeds are fresh and viable, they should sprout in 2-5 days on average. Old seeds can take longer but most usually do sprout when given time to.

Some strains have a harder shell which makes it more difficult. Some lightly rough up the outer shell with fine sand paper first, others put seeds in a glass of water for 24 hour to help absorbed moisture. Paper towel method has always worked fine for me.

Dark is best while they are sprouting but once sprouted, mild initial light is necessary to start the growth process. Some people use light before they sprout to add some gentle warmth but its not necessary.........

Once the seed breaks open and you can get to the baby plant inside, I plant the whole thing slightly under the soil and in a day or two, it pops thru and begins it's growth pattern....... make sure they don't dry out since the tender tap root (main 1st root) is small and tender- keep it moist or it will die quickly.

My guess is it's not warm enough- the warmth speeds up the sprouting a little but I hesitate to tell you to up the warmth for fear of it drying out or getting too hot. Many times I've had seeds take up to 7 days to sprout enough to replant. Make sure it's damp enough too. If you can gently separate the seed case a little more, this may help it along. BE VERY CAREFUL- it's easy at this point to screw up the sprout. Also (1) I always sprout more seeds than I will need and choose the fastest/healthiest sprouts. I throw the extra out; (2) if you are using freebies, expect them to be slower since they are generally older stock about to expire so the seed banks give them away as freebies. Not always, but alot of the time; (3) practice a little more patience. This is not a hobby you can rush along. Rash decisions or actions often cause bigger problems than the ones your trying to fix....... lastly, your babies may be dead- dried out, weak stock, who knows but give it at least a few more days.......

You Prob. Killed it when digging it up and re-potting it. Once you let it get wet you dont want to mess with it at-all.
