Need help please (wilted and light green)

Hi everyone I'm rarely new to the site and have a few grows under my belt. I'm having an issue with a couple of my plants. First here my specs. Blue dream, white queen, gsc and mendo purp.

4 bulb 2 ft t5 lamp for sprouting.
400 watt mh for veg 20 inches above plants
Root organics green lite for seedlings in 20 ounce party cups.
Mix Root organics original and green lite for transplant into 2 gallon pots.
RO water with half strength cal mag.
Watering every 1 or 2 days once cup is light
6.5 ph. 290ppm 0.5 ec.
75 degrees Fahrenheit.
30 percent humitidy.
No nutrients at this point.
Growing in a tent with a fan pulling air out causing negative pressure .

With all that being said I thought it was going good. I mean it was, lots of growth one of the plants even starting producing more tops without any actually topping. But well see for yourself what do you all think? I have light green taking over the lower leaves and one is very wilted. These plants are 14 days from seed. Some still look good. I appreciate all feedback negative or positive. Please help guys and gals. 1482269866959-12957389.jpg 14822698271011054151187.jpg 1482269975126-44882410.jpg 1482269960604609239251.jpg 14822698865261743700465.jpg

The most common issues with new growers are over watering, a small plant cant drink a pint of water. And over feeding. Water and soil grows plants, not fertilizer. Also, that light can go right up to the top of your tent.

I think it was a combination of over watering plus having the light to close. I trimmed the dying leaves, raised the lights and watering less frequent. They seem to be reacting well. Thanks for the advice! I was under the I impression if you have good circulation and good temps you could bring the light right up to them. I was wrong it stressed them out bad.
