need help please just planted seeds

need to no how often to water and how much to give them they are under a 250 hps light and im spraying them 1 as died already help needed please
 
I wouldnt even water them yet, the soil needs to be pretty dry before you water it. I have mine on a water, two days off, water, 3 days off, water, 2 days off, water 3 days off etc and it seems to be working fine for my flowering plant... experiment and find which suits your plant best m8, but be very careful when the are so young not to over water them. best of luck!

cheers i am spraying them every day hope i am not over doing them they are under a 250hps light didnt want them to dry out too quick
