Need Help Please! HPS Bulb & MH Bulb Color Temp Question

i will be attempting an indoor grow soon i need some help

i have the space picked that is 4x4 aprox 6.5 high i want to use Fluoro for Veg with maybe a MH 150W then for Flowering i want to use Fluro with a HPS 400w bulb i need to know what color temp i need for the MH and HPS bulb i have used Fluoro with previous grows of mine but i know and NOW CAN AFFORD the MH and HPS bulbs but i know nothing of what to look for in the color temps i know in CFL i use 65k for veg and 27k for flower.

i will be using E39 mogul bases for the MH AND HPS with my own reflector.
my CFL and Fluoro technique is 2x 4ft Fluro 2bulb t8 with 2x 150w CFL and 15x 32W CFL it worked for 5plants but im sure adding a MH during veg and a HPS for flower will help get the kinda response i want from plants.

My other question is about keeping the GS cool enough would one fan over lights one on plant and one pulling air out work alright?

MH = blue, not often 6500K but very close.
HPS = 2700K, same as flowering CFL bulbs.

In my location, all MH/HPS is always E40 - not E39.

As for exhausting air, you'll get better advice from somebody else.

Just remember that 400W does get hot, but you are not only creating air-flow (NOT circulation, but complete change of air) to cool stuff - but also too feed plants CO2/O2. The environment is very imporant.

Just be careful not to go over 85.. Plants cell structure breaks down very fast when going over that temp. I like 78 for my grows.

When it comes to cooling your lights, your usually best off with a cool tube, but if not, get the glass for your hood and attach ducting to pull air out. A 400Wer in that space will get hot! And if you have a fan blowing down on the light, you'll just be heating all the hair blown on it, and heat the room with it, your best off having a good intake on the bottom, and a better exhaust fan to pull air from the top, as heat rises.

thnx for the help to all of you i just needed to know the color temp i might just go with a 250w HPS or even a 150w i aint sure i used the same AREA setup for my last grow of 5 plants but only ended with 4 cuz one was male now i wish i woulda kept the male so i didnt have to buy new seeds lol.

i will be growing
1x BCN diesel AUTO(fem) not sure how i will work it lol
1x White Widow(Fem)
1x Violator Kush(Fem)
1x Big Band(Fem)
and 1x Skunk 44(REG)(hoping it goes male so i can move and collect pollen and self polinate the bottom of all the fems) but i will be cloning the first 4 lol PICS WILL BE SOON

what would you guys recommend for light? remember the are is only a 4x4 maybe a 5x5 with access to natural air and SOME LIGHT for a couple hrs a day. but where i live the temp outside will reach near 103 the grow room ive picked only reached 79 all year last year with the fluro and CFL set up though
