Need help, plant looks to be dieing

First grow here, plant has been doing great up until I transferred it to a bigger pot. It was growing in small cup and I switched it over to this bigger pot to finish growing. about a day after switching it looks like the pictures below. The leafs are very dry and brittle, along with a little discoleration.

Im using organic(1 part pert, 2 parts soil) soil and no nutes as of yet. I thought it was overwatering at first but the dry leafs made me think its something else.

what kind of light are you using/how close are they to the plants/what light schedule do you use/what are your temps/what is your watering schedule.

Temps are 81*, light schedule is 18/6, using 4 CFL lights and they are roughly 3-4" away from the plants. Humidity is 30%-36%.

Sounds just like my cab and my plant looks kinda like yours (not quite as bad yet). Im using 4 27 watts cfls humidity is the same/temp is same and everything
