Need Help *pics*

Ive got a little girl thats about 3-4 weeks old. IM not sure the exact date but anyways... I just noticed a few little spots on two of the leaves that I cant explane so i was hoping some could. Its under 8 26w Cfls 4 of them are 6500k and 4 are 2700k. I havent used and nutes yet and my water it around 6.2 but when i test the soild it read around 7.0-7.3so im not sure what the problem is
