You want all the light you can get, it makes little sense to switch off a portion of your already limited output.

Damn. Ít seems like you upset about something, I asked just about the heat from the lights. My plants always grow fine with the lights that I have. I never asked the question my plants are not getting enough lights what should I do, I asked about the heat in my tent. Don't know if you want me too spend hundreds of dollars on lights because you did, and you are mad about it. Right now I feel I am doing fine with what I got. The question was about the heat. Feels like I am being trolled or something.

No, I think you're misinterpreting. I'm suggesting you use every last micromole of light your gear can produce. I never suggested spending a dime.
