hi everyone my friend is very new to hydroponics and will be growing 3 plant (super lemon haze maybe?) in a closet in a 5-gallon bucket DWC with 400w of cfl's overhead.

my question is this: i am on a limited budget thinking about getting the 3 part foxfarm nutes. 1) can i grow potent buds with just this or do i need more stuff? 2) can i get some examples of some you guys's nute solution so i have an example to follow? 3) how strong should i make the nute solution in the beginning? 4) when do i start using the nutes?

any tips concerning nutrient solution/hydroponics would be great as i am already amidst my first grow (outdoor) but want to try my hand indoor too.

I basically was just searching the same answer. I have the FoxFarm Grow, FoxFarm Bloom, and TigerBloom. I was wondering what are people using for their plants. the feeding schedule for FoxFarm is located here http://foxfarmfertilizer.com/soilfeed.pdf for soil and http://foxfarmfertilizer.com/hydrofeed.pdf for hydro. So can anyone enlighten us on what they are using and how often to feed their beautiful ladies.

Edit: Ok now if you follow the 12 week schedule...what if your plant flowers in 9 week cycles... 8 week cycles. How do you recompensate the fox farm feeding schedule.

There has to be certain aspects of the plant that you are looking for when feeding. I am a noobie to this and just now thought about this. I know someone has the answer.

GH is General Hydroponics.

I use Dutch Master Gold Line, Grow A&B with add .27 and the Flower A&B and Add .27, I also use DM Gold Liquid Light and Penetrator for foliar feeding schedules.

The site is here:

Their Interactive Nutrient calculator is here. Play with it, it has what your looking for, changing veg and flowering cycle periods, tank sizes, aggressive or normal nute option, etc.

Liquid Light
