Yes you definitely need a solid business plan, and of course a spell checker.
Thanks for all the info. I plan on the buisness losing money and not turning a profit and I plan on doing good things for the community, but it is a for profit Corp, can I still get a govt grant or does it need to be formed as a non profit? can I look for private investors? I can sell stock but I don't want people expecting anything from me.grants are different from loans.
government grants are only given to Non-profit organizations for educational, research, or community (shelter for abused women) services.
you have to convince them you're going to use the money for something good for our society, they won't just give it to you.
you have a better chance of going through the Small Business Administration, or at www.sba.gov
a business plan needs to have projected revenues, how many jobs you expect to create, whether these jobs are permanent, seasonal, or contract jobs.
you need a 'pre-money valuation' and a 'post-money valuation'.
this has to do with how much you think your idea is worth.... not too easy, your best bet is to hire a business plan writing company to help you out.
No this isn't a joke, and any help is appreciatedthis is a joke right?
Not everyone can be the President, we all need ditch diggers.
