I’m growing in home made soil made with compost, peat moss, blood and bone meal, plant and flower tone by Epsoma, Dr. Earth pure gold, epsom salt, rock phosphate, soil acidifier, peat humus, and pelletized gypsum. The soil sat for about a month before I used it. I ph the water to around 6.5 every watering, which is every week or 2. My soil meter is reading around 7.5-8, which if pretty normal for me. These have looked sickly for quite sum time now. They got a little neglected while I was tending to flowering plants. I was hoping they’d recoup after being transplanted into new soil and 5 gal. pots, yet they still look like shit. 7F06F4AB-F8EF-4B26-BAE3-88F82C9EEA50.jpegFEC6C20E-B87D-4F18-863A-E507FFF46EBD.jpegB3CE184D-5248-49FA-B9BC-CE6DA7FA90CE.jpeg30E95984-F474-4B13-8291-16E7AEC36010.jpegCFE2B43C-2CED-47BA-9A5E-AE524205A189.jpeg25201852-DA4C-4C23-8280-D4347D710B5D.jpeg88611F90-99FF-4DCB-B097-88D6F095207A.jpeg The strains are Gorilla Glue, Grand Daddy Purp, Green Crack, Orange Crush, and Durban Poison. The GC is the bigger greener looking plants. The DP is the smaller greener looking plants. These strains are from ILGM. These are clones from the first batch which turned out good. Any advice? I have added a few things to my typical soil I use, so that could be the problem. Have I over done it? Are these bitches burnt up?

Nice to see another Sooner, I just wanted to say hi, I grow hydro/bubbleponics so I can avoid the guesswork of soil. If I saw that in one of my girls I would think lockout and change her rez. and reducing her nutes. I don't know how to do that with soil. Maybe a hard r.o. or distilled water flush? It may literally wash away some of the nutrients.

Hi, thanks for taking a minute to reply and saying hello. It is nice to know others around here are cultivating there own herb. I just started growing a year ago. I figured soil was a good starting point.
I did find sum bugs on the plants. I’m not sure if they could do that type of damage to the plant or not, but I soaked it down with sum neem oil. I’m going to spray it down again today.
These were clones from the last grow which turned out good. I still have sum seeds on the shelf so I think I will go ahead and start a new batch in the mean time. Just in case these take a turn for the worse.

That's definitely lock out. What kind of soil are you running? With what amendments? Ph of water?

they look awfully dry those pots
They were dry. I watered them twice since then. It helped a little but they’re not lovin life right now. The leaves turn a crispy golden bronze color. Some will fall right off when touched others are still very well attached at the stem. It seems to be starting at the leaf points and working it’s way in. Even the new growth is being effected.
