please help me out. is it ok to use an insulator as reflector for lights? im still using CFLs as lights for my plants.

what ever reflects the light, there was a study done on this just because it reflects light does not mean the light is use full believe it or not. sounds stupid. but that's the way it is, your best bet is to get the right stuff, and use it, can get it for 30 bucks, do the entire room or use a bunch or mirrors, but if your broke use what you have and upgrade later ,

mr.kinddiesel,

sorry i can't buy those, i don't have cash. i don't have money. what i only use is some of the things in our house that is not being used and transform it to something useful for my babies.
